Junior Project Manager (m/f/d)

for our CATI-Center in Düsseldorf

We are looking for a Junior Project Manager (m/f/d) with a focus on Data Analytics / Data Science to strengthen our team with analytical thinking and technical expertise. This role is ideal for candidates with at least two years of relevant experience in data analytics, preferably in market research or related fields.

Must Have Qualifications

  • Data Analysis & Statistics: Strong proficiency in Stata, SPSS, Python, and/or R for statistical analysis and data processing.
  • Experience with Market Research or Business Data: Understanding of data structures and methodologies for data cleaning, plausibility checks, and analysis.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, SharePoint) and cloud-based collaboration.
  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze complex data and to ensure highest data quality.
  • Attention to Detail: Ensuring data quality through validation and consistency checks.
  • Communication & Teamwork: Effective collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
  • Fluent German and English (spoken and written) at a professional level.

Nice to Have Qualifications

  • Project Management Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, set priorities, and track project progress.
  • Experience with Survey Software: Familiarity with KeyIngress, Forsta, Qualtrics, or similar platforms.
  • Experience with CATI Methods: Understanding of telephone surveys and data interpretation.
  • Relevant Education or Training: A background or proven experience in data analysis, statistics, or related fields. A formal degree is not mandatory.
