Junior Project Manager (m/f/d)

Must Have Qualifications

  • Data Analysis & Statistics: Strong proficiency in Stata, SPSS, Python, and/or R for statistical analysis and data processing.
  • Experience with Market Research or Business Data: Understanding of data structures and methodologies for data cleaning, plausibility checks, and analysis.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, SharePoint) and cloud-based collaboration.
  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze complex data and to ensure highest data quality.
  • Attention to Detail: Ensuring data quality through validation and consistency checks.
  • Communication & Teamwork: Effective collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
  • Fluent German and English (spoken and written) at a professional level.

Nice to Have Qualifications

  • Project Management Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, set priorities, and track project progress.
  • Experience with Survey Software: Familiarity with KeyIngress, Forsta, Qualtrics, or similar platforms.
  • Experience with CATI Methods: Understanding of telephone surveys and data interpretation.
  • Relevant Education or Training: A background or proven experience in data analysis, statistics, or related fields. A formal degree is not mandatory.

You’ll have your own dedicated workspace in a shared double office.
