When you visit our website, personal data is also processed. In order for the pages to be displayed in your browser, the IP address of the device you are using must be processed. Under data protection law we are obliged to guarantee the confidentiality and integrity of the personal data processed with our IT systems. For this purpose, the following data is logged:

- Amount of data transferred

The IP address will be deleted from all systems used in connection with the operation of these internet pages after 7 days at the latest. We will then no longer be able to establish a personal reference from the remaining data.

The legal basis for this data processing is Art. 6 par. 1 lit. f) GDPR. Our “interest” within the meaning of art. 6 par. 1 lit. f) is the operation of this website as well as the implementation of the protection goals of confidentiality, integrity and availability of data.
We offer the following forms on our website for making contact: Request for quotation, applications, and general contact. If you contact us via one of the contact forms, an e-mail with the data you have provided will be generated and sent to us.
In order to send a contact form, the information on data protection and data processing must be confirmed. The input of your data on our website is encrypted via HTTPS. The generated mail with your data is transmitted unencrypted. We do not pass this data to third parties. If this data should no longer be required within the framework of a service provider relationship, or if a conflicting interest of the person contacted prevails, the data concerned will be deleted, provided that this does not conflict with any statutory storage obligations. Contact form “Request for quotation“
Mandatory data to be entered in the form: Name, e-mail address, subject, message. Data to be provided voluntarily in the form: telephone number. Data received via the contact form for quotation enquiries will be used by us for communication and quotation purposes. The data is stored on our server.
Contact form “Application“
Mandatory data to be entered in the form: Name, e-mail address, mother tongue, message. Data to be provided voluntarily in the form: Phone number, other languages. Data received via the contact form for those interested in working as an interviewer will be used by us to communicate with applicants and to process applications and will usually be stored in a database. The database is regularly checked to see whether data can be deleted. In the case of unsuccessful applications, the data is deleted 6 months after the decision. In the case of successful applications, i.e. if there is a collaboration with a new interviewer, the data is deleted 12 months after the interviewer is no longer working for us – unless legal regulations require longer storage.
Contact form “general contact“
Mandatory data to be entered in the form: Name, e-mail address, subject, message.Data to be provided voluntarily in the form: telephone number. Data that is received via the form for general contact will be used by us for communication purposes. It is possible that the data will be stored in a database in the course of further cooperation.
Communication by e-mail
If you provide us with your e-mail address, we will communicate with you by e-mail. We will not pass on your e-mail address to any third parties without your consent. If you no longer wish to receive e-mails from us, you can unsubscribe at any time. When sending an e-mail to our company, personal data can be transmitted automatically depending on the setting of your e-mail program. AMR will also treat those data confidentially. However, we would like to point out that an e-mail without encryption is comparable to a postcard, i.e. it can be potentially read by unauthorized persons. Therefore, confidential information should only be exchanged with us by fax or as an encrypted e-mail attachment.
Transmission of data to third parties
Data that you provide to us will not be passed on to third parties. In particular, your data will not be passed on to third parties for advertising purposes.
However, we may use service providers for the operation of this website or for others of our business products. Here it can happen that a service provider receives knowledge of personal data. We carefully select our service providers – especially with regard to data protection and data security – and take all measures required under data protection law for permissible data processing.
The following data is collected: Referrer (previously visited website), requested website or file, browser type and browser version, operating system used, type of device used, time of access, IP address in anonymous form (only used to determine the location of access).
The data is collected by IONOS out of legitimate interest in order to ensure the security and stability of the service and to provide the website visitors with the highest possible quality. In addition, the data is used for statistical evaluation and technical optimisation of the website. The data will be stored for 8 weeks and not passed on to third parties. We do not process your personal data in a so-called third country outside the European Union. However we cooperate with companies outside the EU, that process data.
Google Tag Manager
To manage third-party trackers, scripts and cookies, we use the Google Tag Manager of Google Ireland Limited, Google Building Gordon House, Barrow St, Dublin 4, Ireland (hereinafter referred to as “Google”) on our website. The Google Tag Manager is only used to manage (enable and disable) the scripts. It stores neither cookies nor usage data. Google itself describes the Google Tag Manager as follows: “Google Tag Manager is a solution that allows marketers to manage website tags through an interface. The Facebook pixel collects the following data:
- Http Headers – Everything that is available in the HTTP header fields and HTTP headers are a standard web protocol that is exchanged between every browser request and every website on the Internet. HTTP headers contain IP address, information about the web browser, page location, document, referrer (previously visited website) and the person using the website.
- Pixel-specific data – Contains the pixel ID and the Facebook cookie
- Button Click Data – Contains each button that a site visitor clicks, the name (label) of these buttons, and each page visited by clicking a button.
We only want to show our services or products to people who are really interested in them. With the help of Facebook pixels, our advertising measures can be better tailored to your wishes and interests. Thus Facebook users (if they have allowed personalized advertising) get to see suitable advertising. Furthermore, Facebook uses the collected data for analysis purposes and its own advertisements.
