Telephone (CATI)
Whether by landline or mobile phone, telephone surveys remain one of the most reliable and globally scalable research methods. Guided interviews conducted by trained human interviewers make respondents feel valued, reduce dropout rates, and ensure that the right person answers your survey.
Online (CAWI)
Together with our partner institute moweb research, AMR conducts high-quality online fieldwork based on a panel of more than 3.1 million active members. We design and program tailored questionnaires, manage sample recruitment, and ensure data quality through professional monitoring.
Mixed Mode
In cooperation with our partner institute moweb research, AMR combines telephone and online interviewing in customized mixed mode surveys. This approach increases data quality, reduces bias, and keeps project costs in balance.
