Two new positions within the AMR research team were signed in February 2023. Gabriel de Mirandola has been promoted from Interviewer to Field Management Assistant, and Nouran Hassan joins as Junior Project Manager. Both strengthen AMR’s research team in Düsseldorf with immediate effect.

Field Management Assistant
Gabriel de Mirandola studied International Relations at Centro Universitário Fundação Santo André in Brazil. He started working for AMR in 2017 as an interviewer and quickly worked his way up to team leader on various international projects. »I truly went through each step, understanding how our agents work and how to help them improve even more. With Brett Gathje as my mentor, I learned not only how to conduct interviews, but also how to manage the field and motivate our team to do good, quality work.« In February 2023 Gabriel de Mirandola becomes AMR’s Field Management Assistant.
Nouran Hassan
Junior Project Manager
Nouran Hassan holds a Bachelor in Business Administration from Tanta University, a Diploma in Human Resource Management from University of Cairo, as well as a double degree in Development Economics and Project Management from Université Paris-Est Créteil (UPEC) and an MBA in International Business from TU Bergakademie Freiberg. Before her new position at AMR Nouran worked as an economic policy research intern at the Centre for European Policy Studies (CEPS). »I realised that conducting research is my pleasure – working with an international team, the supportive manager Caterina Astarita and networking with policymakers.« In February 2023 Nouran Hassan becomes AMR’s Junior Project Manager.
