AMR welcomes Qamile Shabani into her new role: After working as an interviewer for two years, she now takes on the position of Operations Supervisor, where she is responsible for coordinating fieldwork operations, managing communication with project teams and clients as well as satisfying quality assurance across ongoing studies.
Holding a Master’s degree in English Language Education, Qamile is a strong bilingual speaker of Albanian and English. Her academic and pedagogical backgrounds provide a solid foundation in communication, organizational skills, and the ability to navigate diverse personalities.
Qamile Shabani worked as an interviewer at AMR for over two years, gaining hands-on experience with the practical challenges and needs encountered during fieldwork. Both her fieldwork experience and her pedagogical background are valuable assets she brings to her new position, where she supports key operational processes and serves as an important link between internal teams and external stakeholders.
